YOUR DATA PROTECTION

How we handle your information and account security

winjos uses SSL encryption to protect login credentials, payment details and personal data in transit. Your account information is stored in secure servers with restricted access; only authorised staff handle sensitive queries.

Encryption & storage

All deposits, withdrawals and login sessions use 256-bit SSL encryption. Account data is backed up daily and isolated from public networks to prevent unauthorised access or data breaches.

Cookie & tracking policy

Cookies store your session ID, language preference and game history on your device. We do not use cookies to store payment methods or passwords; these are encrypted server-side only.

Account access & changes

Update your email, phone or withdrawal address in Settings anytime. Two-factor authentication is optional but recommended; enable it via Settings > Security to add a PIN requirement to login.

Data retention & deletion

We keep transaction records for five years for compliance. Closed accounts are retained for two years, then anonymised. Request permanent deletion through support; timelines depend on local law.

Third-party payment processors

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS payments are processed by their respective operators under their own privacy policies. winjos does not store your wallet login or balance; only the transaction record is visible in your account.

Dispute & complaint handling

Report unauthorized transactions or account access via live chat or the in-app ticket system immediately. We investigate all disputes within five business days and respond with findings and next steps.
